2) Is it safe to receive the money to my personal PayPal account?
Yes absolutely safe. When you place your order, please provide your paypal username or email in the Order Comments box. If you do not the transfer will automatically be sent to the (Paypal, Moneygram, etc.) Account associated with the email you used to place the order. Or the order will be cancelled and you will be refunded if no associated account exists.
